Superintendent Agreements for 2026-2027
Thank you for your patience as we navigated recent updates regarding MSSA guidelines and Superintendent Agreements.
For families who require a Superintendent Agreement for the upcoming school year, please see the step-by-step instructions below to submit the new Student Transfer Agreement.
Submitting a Superintendent Agreement (2026-2027)
Please follow these steps to access, complete, and submit the student transfer form for the 2026-2027 school year.
Step 1: Access the Form
You can access the fillable PDF form in one of two ways:

Via the Website:
Go to www.rsu29.org.
Click on District in the main menu.
Scroll down to the Registration section.
Click on Superintendent Agreements.
For Apple (iPhone/iPad) Users:
If you are using an Apple mobile device, you must download the file locally to edit it properly:
Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).
Select Save to Files and choose a location on your phone.
Open the Files app on your device, locate the PDF, and open it there to edit, sign, and save your changes.
For Android Users:
Tap the menu button (three dots) and select Download to save it to your device.
Open the file using Google Drive or the Adobe Acrobat / Adobe Fill & Sign app to fill in the fields.
Step 2: Fill Out the Form
The form will open in your web browser as a fillable PDF.
Click into the highlighted fields and type in the required information.
Important: Please be sure to check the box agreeing to your typed name serving as your official signature.
Step 3: Save and Download
Once you have completed all fields, click the Download icon (usually an arrow pointing down) in the top-right corner of your browser.
Important: When prompted, choose the option to save "With your changes" or "With data". If you do not choose this option, a blank form will be saved.
Step 4: Submit via Email
Open your email application.
Compose a new email addressed to: morgan.drake@rsu29.org
Attach your saved PDF form to the email and hit send.
What happens if the agreement is denied?
If your agreement is turned down, we will automatically move to the Determination Process. You do not need to do anything—we will use your original application to fill out the new Determination Form for you
